Today I took the time to take a refresher course via the online DEVA CURL ACADEMY.
It was a bit time consuming, but oh so worth it.It was such a reminder that in today's everchanging industry...we must 'check in' regularly to stay current.

The following paragraph is a quick tip that I'd like to share coming directly from the NYC DEVA CURL ACADEMY...

You do have some options when it comes to the finish of your curls. If you want your curl to be elongated then use a cream and pull your curls down as you apply the product (from top to bottom). If you would like more volume and width then you apply a gel and scrunch the product in from the bottom to top.
